steve atkins, Aliens school student
Inspired by my experiences at Aliens Tattoo School, I have now opened my own tattoo studio!

In the heart of Worcester, Massachusetts, Steven Atkins' journey began in a humble low-income household. Raised by a single mother with four children, financial constraints were a constant companion. Yet, amidst the challenges, Steven found peace in drawing. With each stroke of the pencil, he escaped into a world of his own imagination.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a determination to rise above his circumstances, Steven pursued higher education. Graduating with a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, he set on a career path that seemed promising.

His journey took an unexpected turn when he found himself serving in the United States Army as an Explosive Engineer. It was during this time that Steven's adaptability was put to the test and yet, as he served the country, his heart yearned for something more. It was then that he discovered his passion for tattoo artistry.

Venturing into the world of tattooing was a leap of faith for Steven. Doubts played through his mind as he questioned his abilities and suitability for the craft. However, a supportive friend's encouragement sparked a flicker of hope within him. With determination and love for art, Steven honed his skills, transforming doubts into confidence.

After receiving a job offer as a full-time tattoo artist at a city studio, Steven set on this new chapter with enthusiasm. However, his excitement soon dimmed as he encountered numerous issues regarding the treatment of employees and artists at his workplace. Despite pouring his heart and soul into his craft, working tirelessly for nearly a hundred hours each week, Steven felt unappreciated and undervalued.

Seeking guidance and inspiration across the internet, Steven stumbled upon Sunny's work on Instagram. This encounter led him to Aliens Tattoo Art School, where he found the support and resources he needed to better his skills. Recognizing this as a chance for professional development, he eagerly accepted the offer. Enrolling in the school in the Advanced Course in January 2020 proved to be a turning point for Steven. Under the guidance of Sunny, the founder of Aliens Tattoo School, he discovered renewed inspiration and purpose.
During his tenure at Aliens Tattoo Art School, he underwent a period of self-reflection. There were moments when he contemplated abandoning his craft altogether. However, amidst this internal struggle, he found a newfound sense of purpose and determination. Not only did he refine and master his tattooing skills, but he also underwent growth personally, emerging stronger, more confident, and fully aligned with his artistic vision.
Inspired by his experiences at Aliens, he embarked on the ambitious journey of opening his own tattoo studio. This endeavor was not just about building a business; it was a witness to his unwavering commitment to his craft.
Today, Steven's studio stands as an inspiration to all. His craft is now sponsored by esteemed brands like Urbans Edge, Cheyenne Tattoo, and Saniderm, a witness to his dedication and passion for his craft. As he prepares to tour Cheyenne Tattoo's factory in Berlin, Steven's journey serves as an inspiration to aspiring artists and entrepreneurs worldwide.
Steven Atkins' journey from humble beginnings to a successful tattoo artist is a powerful reminder that with passion, anything is possible. His story inspires others to follow their dreams and never give up on their goals, no matter how challenging the road may seem.
